I have a license code to enter but it is being refused

Sometimes the font in certain email programs makes letters and numbers look the same. Please double check you have entered the correct characters. In particular the following characters often appear the same:

• Number zero and Letter O for Orange
• Number one and Letter I for Indigo
• Number eight and Letter B for Bravo
• Number five and letter S for Sierra
• Number four and letter A for Alpha

The most reliable method of ensuring you have typed the correct license code is to copy if from the email. To do this:

1. Highlight the entire code with your mouse.
2. Press Ctrl and C together (this copies the highlighted text into memory)
3. Position your mouse into the box to enter the license code.
4. Press Ctrl and V together (this pastes the copied text from memory)
5. Click OK to see if this code is accepted.
